Radiation expected in inner detector of Atlas

The level of radiation expected on the inner silicon layers of ATLAS has been estimated with PYTHIA and JETSET as generators and GEANT for the tracking. Some comparison is also given with other work done by A.Ferrari and G.Gorfine.
